Unlike all other planers, the EHL 65 E has a spiral blade. This has many benefits.
The blade is not set against work-piece simultaineously across the entire width of the cut(chopping cut); instead the blade is drawn across the workpiece at an angle and cuts more gently into the workpiece(drawing cut). This results in lower noise emissions and a perfect finish.
Non-tiring working during fitting work thanks to its light weight which is up to 30% lighter than comparable planers. Time-saving blade change thanks to unique spiral planer blade with no gap adjustment. Optimum handling thanks to the low height and ergonomic handle design. The extraction unit connection which is fitted as standard means that time-consuming cleaning is not necessary. The chip ejection unit can be connected to the right or the left.
