We aim to deliver goods within 2-3 working days but occasionally items will take longer. We will always keep you informed as to when you can expect your goods and assist in finding a similar product from our suppliers if the wait is going to be too long.

Different delivery address to card holders address - we can deliver to alternative addresses although we employ additional security checks to protect our customers. Please be aware that, due to additional verification, delivery estimates may be slightly affected.

VAT - All orders include VAT. A VAT receipt is supplied with all orders. Jersey and Guernsey orders will have the VAT refunded after the order has been placed.

Your Guarantee - All products supplied are subject to a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the product for any reason please return for a refund (carriage costs will not be refunded). Also goods must be not be used and in a resalable condition in the original packaging. If goods are returned after 30 days they may be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% and a credit note will be issued only. Goods should be sent back recorded delivery as we are not responsible if they go missing in the post. All products are guaranteed for 12 months against defects. We will repair, replace or refund an item which is defective under normal usage (some products are guaranteed longer please check at time of purchase). UK statuary rights are not affected by these conditions.

Returns - Please email your return requirements and we will reply with a returns number and instructions for the return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
